Patient Information

How to make an appointment

To make an appointment with one of our doctors, please get in touch directly with our administration staff. Visit our contact page for more information, including our business hours.  Patient registration paperwork will be emailed to you for completion prior to your appointment.  Completed paperwork can be returned via email or brought with you to your appointment.

What to bring

When you come for your appointment please remember to bring:

Parking

Our clinic has limited parking at the rear of the building for our patients. There is however, a slight incline to the main entrance, which may cause some difficulty for patients with compromised mobility.  There is also a long-term car park with pedestrian island within walking distance of our practice.

Fees and payments

Our fees are based on, but frequently less than, those recommended by the Australian Medical Association. All patients are provided with a written estimate of expenses upon booking in for an operation. Consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of consultation. You can claim your Medicare rebate through our fully integrated system within our clinic, which will be refunded into your nominated account. Please be aware that no gap and known gap arrangements are available with some health funds.

We accept payments made with cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa and EFTPOS. We do not have direct deposit or funds transfer facilities.
